At the Stanford Summer Golf camps you will be learning the game of golf on some of the best practice facilities in the country and play on one of the top golf courses in the country.
Your instruction will be delivered primarily on Stanford's new Siebel Varsity Golf Training Complex. This complex is a nearly 20 acre facility adjacent to the Stanford golf course and was designed by Robert Trent Jones, Jr, to be the finest practice center in the country. Construction was initially completed in Spring 2008 and after recent renovations now features 4 short game areas re-creating famous greens designed by Mackenzie, Fazio, RTJ II, and Tillinghast. At the practice center every conceivable short-game shot can be practiced from a variety of grasses, uphill/downhill/sidehill lies, and full shot practice can take place from several tee block options to multiple target holes.
The camp sessions may also utilize another purpose built premier short game facility situated next to the first green on the Stanford Golf Course. More information about the Stanford Golf Course and Siebel Varsity Golf Training Complex can be viewed here.
